PRODUCT FEATURES

Sausage 28% (pork meat, salt, spices, wine, aromatic plants), porcini mushrooms 18% (Boletus Edulis and group), fontina P.D.O. 12% (milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), water, onions, white wine, celery, cream (milk), extra virgin olive oil, egg yolk, cornstarch, salt, parsley, melting salt: sodium citrate. 
Product  WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND COLORING.
GLUTEN FREE product.
Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at a temperature between +2/+6°C and consume within 3 days.
Sausage, porcini mushrooms and Fontina P.D.O. sauce contains the essence of Aosta Valley and the mountains in a particular and original condiment, unique in its taste. Ideal for seasoning first courses such as pasta, agnolotti and gnocchi or for preparing a delicious risotto.
